Archer Construction is a family-owned, second-generation contractor based in Kent, founded in 1976, with a dedicated fire protection division alongside its earthwork and utilities work. The fire protection division provides design and value engineering, water supply and hydraulic analysis, and turnkey installation of automatic sprinklers, standpipes, fire pumps, deluge, pre-action, dry pipe and foam-water systems, with 24/7 emergency service. Its projects include healthcare campuses, high-piled storage warehouses, retail, offices and multi-storey residential buildings across the Puget Sound region. It holds a Washington State Patrol fire sprinkler system contractor licence (Level 3).
