Argus Security manufactures conventional, addressable and radio fire detection at Muggia on the gulf of Trieste, its Taurus range built around EN 54-25 radio-linked components. Its devices are listed in the LPCB Red Book under certificate 928ah, covering EN 54-3:2014+A1:2019, EN 54-17:2005 and EN 54-18:2005, and certificate 1825c, covering EN 54-3, EN 54-7:2018, EN 54-23:2010 and EN 54-25:2008. In September 2024 the company announced that Argus systems used with Haes control panels had been certified to EN 54-13 by the notified body IMQ. The firm is part of the Orama group within Halma plc but is an Italian manufacturing company registered at Trieste, and is listed here on that basis.
