Bifire manufactures fire-protective boards used for compartment walls and partitions, slab requalification, suspended ceilings, ventilation-duct protection, structural protection and wall and floor penetration systems, working from Nova Milanese with plants at Paderno Dugnano, Varedo and Seregno. Its Aquafire fibre-reinforced lightweight cement board is certified for walls from 60 to 180 minutes of fire resistance and for slab requalification up to REI 180, and carries CE marking under System 1, the attestation route requiring a notified body. The Supersil calcium fibre-silicate board is reaction-to-fire class A1 to EN 13501-1. The company’s own Aquafire technical sheet cites Istituto Giordano test certificates I.G. 315706 and I.G. 315707.
