Bovema designs, manufactures, installs and certifies smoke and heat control systems from Milan, covering natural and powered extraction, differential-pressure stairwell pressurisation and smoke and fire barriers, and describes itself as the first Italian company working specifically in smoke management. Its EFFC Assiale Serie Bovema TG smoke extract fan range is published as CE certified to UNI EN 12101-3:2015 and classified under UNI EN 13501-4+A1:2009 as F200/120, F300/120 and F400/120, guaranteeing operation at 400 °C for 120 minutes. The company is a member of the ZENITAL association and publishes its Quaderni Tecnici on EN 12101-2 CE marking. It is the only firm in this file that designs and installs as well as manufactures. The notified body and certificate numbers are not published.
