A Munich-headquartered fire-protection planning practice founded in 1998 as BrandschutzPLAN Kühnlein + Partner, now with offices in Stuttgart and Berlin. Managing director Dipl.-Ing. Odette Splanemann is an öffentlich bestellte und vereidigte Sachverständige für vorbeugenden Brandschutz appointed by the Industrie- und Handelskammer für München und Oberbayern. The firm states that it is regularly instructed by the courts to report on fire-protection questions, alongside Brandschutznachweise under the Landesbauordnungen and surveys of existing buildings.
