A specialist fire-engineering practice developing rational fire strategies, life-safety solutions and engineered protection systems for complex commercial, industrial and high-hazard facilities. Work spans performance-based fire design to SANS 10400-T and SFPE methodologies, CFD fire modelling (FDS), evacuation modelling, smoke-control analysis and structural fire engineering, in collaboration with Stellenbosch University’s fire-engineering research unit. Its analyses are an aid to the design team’s professional judgement, not a substitute for it.
