Det-Tronics is a US manufacturer of flame detectors, gas detectors and integrated fire and gas safety systems for high-hazard industrial sites such as oil and gas, chemical and power facilities. Its range also includes explosion-proof smoke and heat detection devices and system upgrades. The company says its fire and gas safety system is third-party certified to FM 3010 and NFPA 72, is SIL 2 capable and is qualified for SOLAS marine use. It has operated from Minnesota since 1973.
