Eurofins Expert Services Oy is the former VTT Expert Services Oy, part of the Eurofins network since 2018, and carries Finland’s building fire testing. Its work is done in a renovated large fire test hall at Espoo: burning behaviour and the reaction-to-fire classification of construction products to EN 13501-1, fire resistance testing, and testing of extinguishing systems. Testing is accredited by FINAS, the Finnish Accreditation Service, to SFS-EN ISO/IEC 17025, across a scope the company puts at more than a thousand standards. Offices at Tampere and Vihti are not fire sites and are not listed here.
