Finex Industries began in 2009 as a fabrication shop at Pimpalnare, Dindori, near Nashik, and now runs two plants totalling more than 1,00,000 sq. ft., delivering turnkey projects pan-India for defence estate offices, railway divisions, hospital project cells and PSU buyers. Its fire safety line covers fire-rated steel and wooden door sets built to IS 3614, emergency exit doors with panic hardware and intumescent and smoke seals, hydrant and sprinkler systems, and addressable fire alarm panels with zone and device mapping, supplied, installed and commissioned under one contract. It is licensed by the Directorate of Maharashtra Fire Services as a fire-fighting installation agency (licence 2026/F-386), a detection & suppression agency (licence 2026/D-402) and a passive protection agency (licence 2026/P-100).
