A small Sofia-based practice that prepares the “Пожарна безопасност” (Part PB / fire-safety) section of investment projects, authored by an engineer holding full design competence (проектантска правоспособност) from the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design (КИИП). Alongside design it produces statutory fire-safety files, evacuation schemes and emergency-response plans — a design-and-documentation consultancy rather than a systems contractor.
