Firestop Southwest is a specialty firestopping contractor working on commercial, industrial, healthcare and high-tech buildings. Its own site states that it is a UL Qualified Firestop Contractor, and its principal is a past president of the Firestop Contractors International Association and chairs its Inspectors Committee. Alongside firestopping it installs waterproofing, expansion joints and architectural caulking and sealants. The firm designs, calculates and engineers firestop solutions from pre-construction through installation, and has traded since 1983.
