株式会社法科学研究センター, founded in Kanda, Tokyo in June 2011, is a private forensic laboratory whose 所長 and representative 雨宮正欣 spent 23 years as a forensic examiner at the Saitama Prefectural Police 科学捜査研究所 and states more than 5,000 completed 鑑定 with extensive experience of giving evidence in court. Its physical-analysis division offers 火災鑑定 — fire origin determination and detection and identification of accelerant oils — and supplies documentary evidence prepared for filing rather than bare test results, with expert attendance at court charged separately. It acts for both criminal-defence and civil litigators.
