An independent Belgian studiebureau dedicated exclusively to fire safety engineering. It develops fire-safety concepts, prepares deviation requests to the federal authorities (FOD IBZ), and applies performance-based methods including CFD fire/smoke simulation, evacuation modelling and sprinkler design across healthcare, pharma, logistics, infrastructure and tunnels. Work spans new-build and renovation, from concept through site supervision and delivery checks.
