Guangdong Zhenhua (广东震华痕迹司法鉴定所) is a judicial appraisal institute licensed by the Guangdong Department of Justice under 34440000MD8019117U, and its entire registered business scope is a single item — 痕迹鉴定, 0208 火灾痕迹鉴定 — which makes it the only pure-play fire forensic appraisal institution in private hands on the mainland. It fields two full-time licensed appraisers, Huang Yanbo and Liang Dong, and three part-time appraisers, several of them attached to the engineering faculty at Sun Yat-sen University.
