It publishes the certificate itself rather than a claim: the Federación de Empresarios del Metal de la Provincia de Alicante certifies the company against UNE 23740-1:2016, the Spanish standard for the installation, use and maintenance of fire doors, under certificate 2020/02_RE, first approved in February 2020 and valid to February 2029. That scheme was developed with APA, the Spanish association of automatic door manufacturers, and is the only genuine third-party fire-door installer certification found in Spain. Hergoy holds a matching FEMPA certificate for industrial, commercial and garage doors; its ISO 9001 certificate is not counted as fire evidence.
