A Vienna fire-safety engineering practice founded in 1990 as one of the first independent fire-protection planning offices in Austria, run as a family business. It prepares fire-protection concepts and expert reports (Brandschutzkonzepte und Gutachten), designs technical fire-safety systems, and runs computer-based fire and evacuation simulations. Its analyses support, but do not replace, the professional judgement of the appointed fire engineers. Its Ing. Werner Hoyer-Weber is certified in the Austrian court-expert list under Fachgebiet 09.45 Brandschutzwesen and 65.76 Brandmeldeanlagen und Brandschutzanlagen, the latter held by only four experts in the country.
