IGNITE is the practice of Tobiasz Klama, a fire engineer who states he has been a biegły sądowy in fire science and in establishing the causes of fires at the Sąd Okręgowy in Gliwice and in Opole since 2018. The Gliwice court’s own published list of experts independently records him under fire science and the investigation of fire causes at a Katowice address matching the one on the practice’s site. He spent sixteen years as a State Fire Service officer before moving to full-time investigation in 2017 and reports authoring more than a thousand opinions for insurers, private clients, the police, prosecutors and the courts.
