Jörg Kunstmann has been an öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverständiger for the Sachgebiet Vorbeugender baulicher Brandschutz since his appointment by the IHK Ostthüringen zu Gera on 23 October 2000, and has been a Nachweisberechtigter für vorbeugenden Brandschutz on the roll of the Ingenieurkammer Thüringen since 2004. He is a member of the Architektenkammer Thüringen. It is a single-principal office.
