A large multidisciplinary civil-engineering institute founded in 1949 and headquartered in Zagreb, with laboratory and design operations also in Osijek, Rijeka and Split. Among its 600+ accredited test methods it operates fire laboratories (fire-resistance and reaction-to-fire testing of structures, materials and façades) alongside structural design and technical supervision — relevant to fire engineering primarily for structural-fire and façade fire performance work backed by in-house testing.
