JBS Testing Solutions is a calibration and testing laboratory in Jalandhar, set up in 2016. It provides mechanical, electro-technical, chemical and building-material testing, including valves and fittings such as first-aid hose reels and fire hose delivery couplings, branch pipes and nozzles. It also supplies test equipment. It is recognised by the Bureau of Indian Standards to test portable and wheeled fire extinguishers (IS 15683, IS 16018), landing valves (IS 5290), fire hose (IS 636) and hose reels (IS 884) at Unit 1 (OSL code 9164606) and fire doors to IS 3614 at Unit 2 (OSL code 9172306), and is NABL accredited (certificate TC-15718).
