A specialist consultancy for preventive fire protection producing fire-safety concepts (Brandschutzkonzepte), fire-safety proofs, evacuation concepts and expert assessments that support authority approval. Four principals hold formal expert appointments: Thilo A. Hoffmann has been an öffentlich bestellter und vereidigter Sachverständiger für vorbeugenden Brandschutz since 2009 and is also a Prüfsachverständiger für Brandschutz nach PrüfVBau Bayern and a staatlich anerkannter Sachverständiger nach BauO NRW; Udo Kirchner has been publicly appointed and sworn since 1994; and Ferdinand Wirsching is sworn by the IHK München und Oberbayern.
