Lourenco Consultants (LCI) is a building code and life safety consultancy in Washington, DC that has operated since 2000. It provides code consulting, fire modelling, zoning consulting, code development and forensic expert witness and post-incident analysis. It also carries out fire investigation. LCI describes itself as the first firm in Washington, DC fully accredited for third-party plan reviews and inspections. It is also accredited in the City of Rockville and Prince George’s County. It reviews plans and shop drawings and carries out inspections in place of the authority’s own officials.
