About

The Shenzhen head office of Meinhardt’s mainland-China practice, a global multidisciplinary engineering consultancy carrying fire performance engineering (消防工程) as an in-house discipline. The team blends prescriptive and performance-based approaches — code research, fire strategy, smoke-spread and evacuation modelling, risk assessment and independent audit — for super-high-rise, mixed-use, transport and infrastructure projects across southern China. Outputs are intended to support, not replace, the professional judgement of qualified fire engineers.
