It also prepares fire fighting proposals for approval by the local authority and the Mumbai Regional Committee, and it offers annual maintenance contracts along with plumbing, sanitation, industrial piping and effluent treatment work. Founded in 1984 by civil engineer P. V. Varghese as Palamoottil Sanitation, the firm serves residential, commercial, industrial, hotel and educational projects. It is licensed by the Directorate of Maharashtra Fire Services as a fire-fighting installation (licence 2026/RF-200) and detection & suppression (licence 2026/RD-205) agency.
