Presto Laboratories is an independent testing and evaluation lab in Faridabad and a sister concern of the test-instrument maker Presto Stantest. It tests fire extinguishers for discharge performance and pressure integrity to IS 15683, alongside solar PV modules, helmets, home appliances, glass and plastics. It has sample collection centres in Faridabad, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chennai. It is recognised by the Bureau of Indian Standards (OSL code 8199006) to test portable fire extinguishers to IS 15683.
