ProTELEC is a commercial-only security and life safety company based on Weston Street in Winnipeg, with a second branch at Brandon. It supplies and monitors fire alarm and sprinkler systems, intrusion detection, CCTV, access control, nurse call and intercom, and operates its own Canadian emergency monitoring centre around the clock. It is a ULC-certified company and can issue and maintain a building’s ULC certificate for fire and sprinkler monitoring. It has withdrawn from the residential market and now serves only commercial and institutional clients.
