Services span building/fire code analysis, performance-based design, smoke management and fire modelling, fire sprinkler and detection/alarm design, hydraulic analysis, hazardous-materials consulting, third-party plan review and commissioning. It is the engineering/consulting practice within the Summit Companies group (distinct from its installation and ITM contracting), strengthened in 2025 by the acquisition of PBFPE — analyses that are an aid to professional judgement.
