Qingdao Weilong Valve (青岛伟隆阀门股份, Shenzhen Stock Exchange 002871) manufactures sprinkler system control valves, waterflow detectors, pressure switches, indicator posts and fire hydrants from a plant of over seven hundred staff in the Qingdao National High-Tech Zone. Three LPCB Red Book certificates are current: 1725a for WPS-series pressure switches to LPS 1226, 1725b for wafer butterfly valves to LPS 1185 Issue 3.2, and 1725c for the F6001 saddle-type waterflow detector against the harmonised sprinkler standard EN 12259-5. That combination makes it the most completely certified Chinese valve source for sprinkler installations designed to EN 12845 or LPS 1048.
